ORDERS & PAYMENTS

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

We may limit quantities per person, household, or order.

When you place an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete billing and shipping information.

You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total order amount.

PRODUCTION, SHIPPING & REFUNDS

All products are made-to-order unless otherwise stated.

Production and shipping times are estimates only and may vary depending on workload and logistics.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect address information provided by the customer.

Once shipped, responsibility transfers to the carrier.

Refunds or cancellations are only permitted within 48 hours of order placement. After 48 hours, all orders are considered final and cannot be refunded or canceled, as production may already be in progress or completed.

Exceptions may only be made in cases of confirmed manufacturing defects or errors caused by PlaymatsPro.

Approved claims may result in a replacement or refund at our discretion.
